I had a great day at Ardingly Antiques Fair, in Sussex, this week. It's the biggest event of its kind in the south of England and it's on every couple of months. The glorious sunshine certainly helped, but it was so much fun to stroll about and look at all the different things on offer - and to spot a few trends. I can report that vintage theatre tripod lights are very big news, as are industrial looking tables made from old floor boards and scaffolding, ditto antlers, zinc planters and retro enamel lampshades. The next one is in September, I hope to make it, maybe see you there?
